A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of two women in Staffordshire. Police were called to a home in Cheadle, near Stoke-on-Trent, at 3pm on New Year’s Eve to reports that a woman’s body had been found, and another woman was injured. Both women were pronounced dead at around 3.50pm.
