Ukraine News: Why Russia may be ‘preventing access’ to the Kakhovka dam

Retired Air Marshal Edward Stringer has told Sky News he thinks Russians may be “preventing access” to the Kakhovka dam as they “don’t want outside eyes into that area, not least because there are credible reports that they’re using the flood as a defence”.

The UN has rebuked Moscow for allegedly denying its aid workers access to Russian-occupied areas affected by the dam collapse.
