US tornadoes: State of emergency declared in Mississippi

President Joe Biden has declared a state of emergency in Mississippi, following tornadoes that killed at least 26 people.

The town of Rolling Fork has been described as essentially wiped out by its mayor and there are fears more severe weather is on its way.
