Brexit: Legal threat after millions spent on ‘white elephant’ border posts

UK ports are threatening the government with legal action if they don’t compensate them for the millions spent building new border facilities – which may never be used.

The facilities were designed to carry out post-Brexit physical checks on imports from the EU.
