Since the invasion of Ukraine, the Republic of Ireland’s military neutrality has come under fire with the Government accepting the stance should be debated.

The war in Ukraine and the arrival of thousands of refugees has prompted calls for the Irish Republic to finally send lethal equipment to assist Ukrainians.
