Former SNP treasurer said he had ‘no knowledge’ of party’s campervan

Former SNP treasurer Colin Beattie has revealed he was unaware of a £100,000 motorhome belonging to the party which was seized from the house of Nicola Sturgeon’s mother-in-law as part of the finance police probe.

Mr Beattie, who was arrested and released without charge by detectives last week, quit the role as the SNP’s treasurer following his detention.
